Return Policy

Return Terms

All orders are made by-hand, to specification, and are considered pre-order purchases. There are no refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed on any of our products, except for in-stock items. However, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of customer satisfaction. The refund for any item(s) will be subject to approval by our inspection team. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be patient as we offer troubleshooting tips for quick solutions and kindly request customers to fully test out items upon receiving their items.

Standard Returns

Returns that do not meet our policy and inspection will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping on their requested item(s). Item(s) that are returned without their original packaging and will not receive a refund. Item(s) that have been opened or used cannot be accepted unless you received the item in a damaged or defective condition.

We are currently not offering exchanges for items.

Unreturnable Products

Due to the nature of the product, lubricants will not be accepted for return.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

All "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), damaged, missing, or wrong item claims must be reported back to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it and is your responsibility to check your package within the respective time span.

Additional Information

Adequate packaging is required for acceptance. Adequate packaging includes utilizing a padded envelope or box, whichever method is required to ensure the package is not lost or damaged during shipment. Poor packaging resulting in a lost/damaged package may result in refusal of the return.

Return Shipping Costs

In regard to the cost of shipment for returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account.

Refund Process

A refund may be issued back to the original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or as store credit. Keebfront is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a cancelled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
